Equity, diversity and human rights

Equality, Diversity & Human Rights training course has been designed to help those understand more about their responsibilities for promoting equality and diversity in the workplace, free from prejudice and discrimination.
The course carries an introduction to the Equality Act 2010 and specifies each of the protected characteristics so you can acquire more about what they are and how to avoid discrimination through words and actions. The course looks at which behaviours are prohibited by the Equality Act and Human Rights Act aims to help you encourage a fair, tolerant and more diverse working environment.
All workers should be confident to communicate about ability and disability, sexual orientation or gender identity, cultural, religion or faith, identity and customs, and relationships and support.
